Deposit for whole grass fed cow. Once you place your deposit we will schedule you for our next available butcher date. (Now taking 2018 deposits!) Price of cow based on Hanging weight. Balance due at butchering. You will pay cut and wrap separately to the butcher. *deposits are non-refundable 

EXAMPLE Whole Beef :

  • 168 lb. Ground Beef (1 lb. or 1 1/2 lb. pkg. choice)
  • 24 Rib Eye, Bone-in(1 / pkg)
  • 16 T-Bone(1/ pkg)
  • 4 Tenderloin(2 filet per pkg.)
  • 16 Top Sirloin Steak (1 /pkg)
  • 8 Sirloin Tip Steak (1 /pkg)
  • 8 Chuck Roast (1 /pkg)
  • 4 Chuck Arm Roast(1 /pkg) or substitute 12 lb Ground Beef
  • 4 Rump Roast (1 /pkg) or substitute 8 lb Cube Steak or 8 lb  Stir Fry
  • 4 Top Round Roast (1 /pkg)
  • 8 Short Ribs (2.5 lb /pkg)
  • 16 Stew Meat (1 lb /pkg)
  • 4 Shank (2 /pkg) or substitute 12 lb Ground Beef
  • (Plan 14 - 16 cubic ft. of freezer space per whole beef)
